升级 mac 到最新后， 所有工具都不可用了。

使用 go install 命令重新安装时，报错如下

$ go install -v github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/cmd/golangci-lint@latest
runtime/cgo
# runtime/cgo
xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun

重新安装 xcode, 运行如下命令， 一路点击 确认/安装 即可

$ xcode-select --install

xcode 安装完成， 重新执行 go install 安装工具。
